If you wish to exchange your order, please make a return and place a new order.
2. Return Policy
What are the conditions for returning an item(s)?
- Merchandise must be arrived at our warehouse or office within 30 days of delivery to you.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, without disassembled
- All tags must be in tact on all returned merchandise.
Can I return discounted items?
- Products that are not purchased on our website,cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Products without quality problems will not be returned.
Why is my refund amount less/more?
- In circumstances where you request for a partial refund on an order placed with a promo code, and your revised subtotal does not meet the respective minimum amount, you will lose benefit of the promo code.
- If the total amount of order become under $ 80 USD after returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Do you offer free returns?
- Please note that return

4. Refunds and Processing
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we received the returns.
5. Defect Items
- Defective or wrong items must be claimed, with images or videos of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and unless the item is no longer available.
