1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your order, please make a return and place a new order.  

2. Return Policy

What are the conditions for returning an item(s)?

  1. Merchandise must be arrived at our warehouse or office within 30 days of delivery to you.
  2. Merchandise must be in its original condition, without disassembled
  3. All tags must be in tact on all returned merchandise.

Can I return discounted items?

  1. Products that are not purchased on our website,cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  2. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
  3. Products without quality problems will not be returned.

Why is my refund amount less/more?

  1. In circumstances where you request for a partial refund on an order placed with a promo code, and your revised subtotal does not meet the respective minimum amount, you will lose benefit of the promo code.
  2. If the total amount of order become under $ 80 USD after returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Do you offer free returns?

  1. Please note that return shipping fee is borne by the customer wishing to return the merchandise. 
  2. We reserves the right to change terms and conditions.

    4. Refunds and Processing

    1. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we received the returns.

    5. Defect Items

    1. Defective or wrong items must be claimed, with images or videos of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
    2. Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and unless the item is no longer available.
